Our story
LGANC began with a simple observation. In Nassau, care often stops at the hospital door. Patients go home with new dressings, new medications and new limitations — and very little support to manage any of it. Families do their best. Sometimes their best isn't enough, and the patient is readmitted within weeks.
Lady Greens Ashes Nursing Concierge exists to close that gap. We bring registered nursing into the home, into the vehicle on the way to the clinic, and into the community spaces where prevention actually happens.
Meet Rhawnie, RN
Rhawnie is a licensed registered nurse practising in The Bahamas and the founder of LGANC. Her clinical background spans acute bedside care, chronic disease management and community health education. She is known for two things: doing the clinical work properly, and explaining it in a way anyone can follow.
Every LGANC client meets a nurse who has time for them. That is the whole point of concierge care.
